- Commissions may only be used for personal work. Artwork may be used for items such as profile pictures/posts, but may not be used for profit. I am unable to do commercial work.- I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.
I am allowed to post commissioned work on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.- Listed prices are the base price. The prices may increase depending on additional details or other aspects of the commission.- I have the right to decline a commission if I believe I am unable to produce the artwork or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.- Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. I will not do commissions that require a specific or a flexible deadline. I may be able to finish your commission/s with at most two [2] months max in case external issues arise. You're welcome to ask for updates if there haven't been any in a while. I usually update during the sketch, linearts, flats, and final adjustments.- Reposting and sharing my artwork is allowed, but please credit @ambr_oxia and @ambr.oxia- Providing visual references is very encouraged. Providing references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and clarify any additional ideas during creation.- Payment
Payment is via Roblox account @sussyahahaha only. Messaging me on my other socials is required before any payment, and failure to do so will not be regarded as a commission. Discord is where I will send you the work, so I require you to have an account.
A deposit of at least 50% [Non-refundable] must be paid before I start working on it. I will do this by sending you a gamepass link for you to buy. Once the sketch and/or lineart have been approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finishing your request.- If, for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I can give a partial refund [I will keep 10% of the first deposit cost minimum, meaning you will receive at most 44.1% back of your first deposit cost due to the Roblox marketplace tax].- If I feel I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I've completed [I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum, meaning you will receive at most 36.75% of your full payment].- Please be kind. Any rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 15% with first deposit, and 35% after full payment.- Process
When starting, I will send progress images of the sketch [+ flat color if necessary] for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. When I recieve confirmation of the sketch to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me. More major revisions may be requested before the finished artwork is completed.- Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. More minor revisions may be requested. More major revisions may incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before adjustments are made.- Once the final artwork is accepted, I will send you the artwork via Discord as full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpgs for social media posting.- Any further questions may be explained or talked through with me on Discord.

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
